We are thrilled you’re considering West University of Timisoara (WUT) for your studies! As a non-EU student, we understand navigating the application process can involve additional questions – and that is why we are here to clarify the matters of documents you’ll need to submit in order to apply

1️⃣ Application form:

Get started by downloading and completing the “Application for the issuance of letter of acceptance to studies” template from our admission platform.

2️⃣ Personal documents & academic credentials

Prepare certified translations of your:

✔️ Passport

✔️ Birth Certificate

✔️ High School Diploma (if applying for undergraduate studies)

✔️ Bachelor’s Degree (if applying for graduate studies)

✔️ Master’s Degree (if applying for doctoral studies)

3️⃣ Academic records:

Submit official transcripts of your academic history, corresponding to the degree you’re applying for (e.g., High School transcripts for undergraduate applications).

4️⃣ Medical certificate:

Ensure you have a medical certificate issued by your doctor within the last 90 days, confirming your fitness to pursue university studies.

5️⃣ Contact details form:

complete the contact details form provided on the admission platform to ensure we can reach you throughout the process.

❗Once you submit your complete application package, the faculty will review it. If approved, the Department of International Relations will forward it to the Ministry of Education for final evaluation.
